Job Summary: We are seeking a Test and Validation Engineer to develop and validate voice communication and remote radio control systems within advanced technological projects, participating in test definition, execution, and validation, as well as global integration and deployment of systems. We are looking for a **Test and Validation Engineer** to participate in the development and validation of **voice communication and remote radio control systems**, working on advanced technological projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in **test definition, execution, and validation**, as well as in the **global integration and deployment of communication systems**. **What will you do?** --------------- * Define, design, and execute **test plans and procedures**. * Perform **functional and integration testing** of communication systems. * Validate **voice (VoIP) and remote radio control (VCS) systems**. * Prepare **test documentation** (plans, procedures, V\&V reports). * Analyze results and ensure **traceability between requirements and tests**. * Participate in **technical reviews** (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR). * Work on **integration of systems and third-party solutions**. * Participate in the **deployment of communication systems** in real-world environments. * Interact with the **end customer**, providing technical support and incident tracking. ‍ **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field**. * **3–4 years of experience** in **system test and validation**. * Experience with **VoIP communication systems**. * Knowledge of voice protocols: **SIP, RTP, G.711**. * Experience with network analysis tools such as **Wireshark**. * Experience in **Linux environments (Red Hat)**. * Knowledge of **networking (DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM)**. * Experience in **test and V\&V documentation generation**. * Experience in **system integration**. * **Desirable** * Experience with **Session Border Controllers (SBC)** and unified communications. * Knowledge of **virtualization, containers (Kubernetes)**, or SDN. * Experience in **test automation**. * Experience with **requirements management tools (DOORS)**. * Experience in **international deployments** of communication systems. * Ability to **interact with customers** and work in multidisciplinary environments.
