We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **Job Mission** --------------------- We are seeking a **Tender Technician for Construction Projects**, with experience in the construction sector — preferably having worked for **construction companies, building contractors, or firms specializing in project execution**, to participate in the preparation, analysis, and economic evaluation of construction tenders. The selected candidate will be responsible for studying projects and tender documents, carrying out measurements and cost estimates, requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations, and preparing competitive economic proposals — ensuring accurate technical and economic analysis for each project. Particular value will be placed on experience in **Retail projects, shop fit-outs, renovations, store rollouts, and commercial spaces**, as well as knowledge of building services. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Analyze tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. * Carry out **measurements, cost estimates, and economic valuations** for construction works. * Prepare and review bill-of-quantity items, unit prices, and direct and indirect costs. * Prepare comparative analyses of supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Request quotations and conduct technical negotiations with suppliers and trade associations. * Identify potential deviations, risks, and critical aspects of projects. * Perform technical-economic studies of alternative construction solutions. * Prepare all necessary documentation for tender submissions. * Collaborate closely with teams from **Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management**. * Review drawings and graphical documentation to identify requirements, measurements, and possible interferences. * Provide technical support during the tender process and, when required, during the initial phase of construction. * Maintain up-to-date pricing databases, historical cost records, and supplier/subcontractor references. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical education: **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Vocational Training related to Construction/Civil Engineering**, or equivalent. * Minimum prior experience of **3–5 years in studies, tendering, or estimating departments of construction companies**. * Demonstrable experience in carrying out **construction measurements and cost estimates**. * Solid understanding of construction processes and materials. * Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. * Proficiency in **Presto and Excel**. * Knowledge of drawing and modeling tools such as **AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad**, or similar. * Ability to interpret drawings, project documentation, and technical specifications. **Especially Valued** ----------------------------- * Prior experience in the **Retail sector**, particularly in: + Store rollouts and renovations. + Shop fit-out works. + Shopping centers. + Refurbishments, offices, or commercial spaces. + Projects involving multiple openings and tight execution deadlines. * Knowledge of **electrical installations**. * Knowledge of **air conditioning, ventilation, and HVAC systems**. * Experience evaluating building services and coordinating quotations from manufacturers. * Familiarity with fire protection (PCI), plumbing, and sanitation installations. * Experience working with **BIM models** and documentation in Revit/Archicad. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data. * Experience managing tenders with demanding deadlines and capacity to prioritize effectively. **Competencies** ---------------- We seek an **analytical, organized, and methodical** individual, detail-oriented and results-driven.
