MISSION Reporting to the Business Area and working within the Core program team, your mission will be to conduct operational monitoring of ongoing projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project monitoring, including participation in Teams meetings with Project Managers and IT Leads. Updating information in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Updating data in the corporate project management tool – ServiceNow. Participating in regular PMO Core team meetings (dailys, weeklys) via Teams. REQUIREMENTS **Qualification:** Business Administration and Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related field. **Knowledge:** Theoretical foundations of development project management (phases, roles, etc.), basic principles of budgeting and procurement management. **Skills:** Teamwork capability, communication skills, proactivity, autonomy. **Office Software:** Advanced proficiency in Office 365\. **Languages:** High level of English. **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00. **Location:** Madrid (Plaza de España) (2 days of remote work).
