If you're looking for your next challenge, this is your opportunity: **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** Deliver technical training courses for the following areas within naval construction program development: * Construction strategy. * Test \& Trials. * ILS. Preparation Phase: * Collection and preparation of all required technical documentation. * Development of the training plan. Delivery Phase: * Conducting classroom instruction. * Theoretical and practical sessions. Monitor student progress throughout the duration of the courses and conduct periodic evaluations. Resolve questions and doubts. Apply today and be the change you wish to see in the world! **Work Experience** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * University degree (Engineering or equivalent) related to the naval industrial sector. * English language certification at B2 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference). * Experience mentoring specialized training environments: continuous monitoring of student progress, resolving questions and doubts, and ability to propose and coordinate corrective action mechanisms. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in naval construction within the defense sector.
