In our **Project Programming and Technical Control Management** department at our headquarters in **Madrid**.
**What for?**
==============
To monitor the physical and economic progress of new gas transportation and storage infrastructure projects (H2 / NG\-LNG / CO2\). The professional will join the newly established Technical PMO and collaborate with engineering teams to understand project status, alignment with strategic objectives, early risk identification, and propose improvement or mitigation measures.
* Support comprehensive infrastructure project management, including monitoring of scope, costs, schedules, and investments, as well as preparation of economic reports and forecasts.
* Collaborate in project planning and control by developing and updating schedules, tracking milestones, budgetary control, and certifications.
* Participate in risk identification and management, contributing to the development and updating of risk matrices and mitigation plans.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, management control, accounting, BIM, etc.) to ensure alignment and traceability in decision-making.
* Support standardization, digitalization, and process improvement within the Technical PMO, including definition, documentation, and automation of procedures and tasks.
* Contribute to the implementation and use of digital project management tools (PPM and Microsoft ecosystem), guiding teams through new ways of working.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and a project knowledge base, facilitating KPI tracking and decision-making.
* Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and innovation, proposing improvements that drive efficiency and evolution of the Technical Office.
**What are we looking for?**
==================
* **Education**: Technical or university degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Energy, Civil or related fields), with experience in project management. PMP or equivalent certification required.
* **Experience**: Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial/energy project planning and control.
Demonstrable experience in cost control and Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience in energy, oil \& gas, infrastructure or hydrogen sectors.
* **Technical Knowledge**:
* Project management: PMP or equivalent certification.
* Planning tools: Experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems. Familiarity with MS Project, Planner and similar tools.
* Automation and digitalization: Power Automate, Power Apps.
* Data visualization and analysis: MS Fabric, Power BI.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other collaborative Microsoft 365\ tools.
* Advanced level of English.
