Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing competitive proposals to deliver optimal product solutions for each bid. * Leading the definition and delivery of the product solution, meeting customer requirements while optimizing program cost, schedule, and quality outcomes. * Leading and coordinating the Engineering team’s activities within the program. * Leading design reviews with the customer to obtain their approval. * Delivering technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements and quality standards. * Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on program activity progress. **What Will Make You Successful in This Role?** * A degree in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s + Master’s, given the highly technical nature of both the position and the product. * A high level of English proficiency, essential for confidently participating in meetings with colleagues worldwide. Proficiency in a second language (French and/or German) is highly valued. * Minimum five years’ prior experience in similar roles and in complex industrial and international environments. * Ability to drive and lead teams toward achieving objectives. * Willingness and availability to travel and/or relocate temporarily nationally or internationally (to other offices, clients, suppliers, etc.) as project needs require.
