We are not only looking for a technically skilled candidate but also for a specialist with structural vision, capable of providing sound judgment, rigor, and practical solutions in highly regulated environments. Your Mission Act as the technical pillar within your scope of responsibility, ensuring correct regulatory interpretation, development of procedures, and expert support to operational teams. Your role will be key to guaranteeing technical quality, consistency in service delivery, and continuous improvement. What will you do with us? 1\. Technical and Regulatory Development * Analyze and assess applicable regulations within your area of expertise. * Develop and implement technical procedures for service delivery. * Ensure proper application of technical standards across the organization. 2\. Operational and Quality Support * Provide technical support to operational teams facing complex questions or atypical situations. * Collaborate with the Quality Management Department in maintaining management systems. * Resolve technical incidents and ensure consistency in operational criteria. 3\. Training and Knowledge Transfer * Deliver internal technical training. * Prepare technical documentation and work procedures. * Contribute to the technical development of teams. 4\. Technical Specialization You will work within one or several of the following areas: * Mechanical (elevators, cranes, etc.) * Chemical (petrochemical facilities, combustible gases, chemical storage, etc.) The Profile We Are Seeking * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field). * **Experience:** Technical experience in Control Bodies or similar environments. * **DNA:** Analytical, rigorous profile with ability to solve complex technical problems. * **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of applicable technical regulations in your field. * **Others:** Experience in delivering training and drafting work procedures. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel occasionally.
