Technical Architect

Description

This position focuses on the comprehensive management of building and restoration projects, initially emphasizing restoration works with budgets ranging from €100,000 to €1.5 million. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising construction execution, assuming material execution management. The role also involves preparing measurements and budgets, performing economic control through certifications and cost monitoring, and drafting basic safety and health studies. Supervising quality and adherence to deadlines is critical, alongside coordinating industrial contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Material procurement management and supply control are part of daily tasks, always ensuring compliance with on-site safety regulations. Coordination with technical management, property owners, and other stakeholders is required, as well as preparing technical reports and proposing solutions to incidents arising during project phases. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with a holistic view of the construction process and the ability to assume both technical and economic responsibility. Autonomy, on-site leadership, and technical rigor are valued to ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery. Qualification in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management and execution. Experience in measurements, budgeting, certifications, and economic control. Knowledge of preparing Basic Safety and Health Studies. Experience in Construction Execution Management. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers and subcontractors. Proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or similar. Experience in rehabilitation and heritage restoration projects is desirable.
