Job Summary: A professional who will define and lead infrastructure design, providing technical support to projects during the analysis, implementation, and maintenance phases of public safety solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of cloud and virtualization architectures. 2. Use of tools for automation and deployment of virtualized environments. 3. Technical support in analysis, implementation, and maintenance of projects. **Job Description:** As part of the **Solutions Development** department, the professional will be responsible for defining and leading the design of the **infrastructure** best suited to the technical requirements of the project or client. In coordination with other Group departments at local and global levels, and following a training period, they will provide **technical support to projects** (both public and private sector) during the **analysis, implementation, and maintenance** phases of architectures designed for public safety services and other critical organizations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design and implementation** of architectures based on cloud and virtualization systems. * **Use/development of specific tools/scripts** for automation and deployment of virtualized environments. * **Analysis and monitoring** to ensure performance and security of architectures. * **Preparation of documentation** required for deployed architectures (HLD/LLD). **Required Education and Experience:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or equivalent. * Minimum of **two (2)** years’ experience in roles similar to those described. * Experience in designing and deploying **cloud computing platforms** and virtualized infrastructures. * Experience with **georedundant and high-availability (HA) platforms**. * Proven experience with the following tools or equivalents: **Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and APIs**. * Experience with **Linux systems** and programming in **Python**. * Familiarity with fundamental **DevOps principles**. * Ability to communicate in **English**, both spoken and written. * **CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)** certification is considered a strong asset.
