Therefore, we offer an Internship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies. For this internship, we seek recent graduates in **Energy, Mining or Industrial Engineering**, or any similar degree, or those who have yet to complete their Final Year Project (TFG), to join via an internship in the **"Solar Maintenance" area in Madrid.** **What does the Unit do?** Endesa's Solar Maintenance Department. A team responsible for planning and executing maintenance strategies for equipment across over 60 solar plants and 3 GW of installed capacity. **What will you contribute to?** Provide cross-functional support to the maintenance team in all tasks: * Monitoring scheduled maintenance activities, * Monitoring technical assistance contracts, * Strategic maintenance planning, * Monitoring major corrective interventions, * Monitoring insurance claims reports, * Monitoring tenders for equipment and services. **What you will learn** You will gain a comprehensive understanding of solar plant maintenance by participating in the planning, monitoring, and optimization of maintenance activities, contract and service management, and analysis of key performance indicators to ensure availability and reliability of renewable assets. **What qualifications and knowledge will be considered?** This internship targets candidates with degrees in Energy, Mining or Industrial Engineering, preferably. **Additional knowledge/skills:** * Knowledge of renewable energies, especially photovoltaic solar energy * Programming * AI * English: C1 **What do we offer?** Internship at Endesa, **SWING Program:** * Monthly gross stipend of €900. * Schedule: Hybrid \- 35-hour weekly working week * Workplace in Spain: Av. Ribera del Loira 60, Madrid Endesa internships last nine months and consist of two components: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training. Practical Training within the Company entails full-time work from Monday to Friday, 17 working days of annual leave, and a gross monthly stipend of €900.
