For this scholarship, we seek recent graduates in **Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Electrical Engineering**, or any similar degree, or those pending completion of their Final Year Project (TFG), to join through a scholarship in the "**Solar & Storage PE Iberia Design**" area within the Renewables business unit. **What does the Unit do?** The "**Solar & Storage PE Iberia Design**" unit is the engineering department responsible for the technical development, design, engineering, and technical support of industrial photovoltaic battery projects. **What will you contribute to?** * Support coordination and monitoring of engineering projects, collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams and external partners. * Participate in the technical and economic analysis of new initiatives, assessing their feasibility and supporting the development of engineering solutions. * Collaborate in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and supplier and contractor evaluation processes. * Support planning and monitoring of engineering activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Participate in coordination meetings, design reviews, and project progress tracking alongside Development, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance departments. * Support identification and analysis of technical risks, incidents, and design changes, contributing to proposing solutions. * Collaborate in project document management, ensuring control and traceability of technical information. ### **What You Will Learn** * Comprehensive engineering project management in the energy sector. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * Design and optimization of photovoltaic, storage, and hybrid installations. * Technical, economic, and risk analysis of projects. * Technical documentation management and procurement processes. * Interaction across all phases of a project’s lifecycle: development, design, construction, and operation. **What qualifications and knowledge will be considered?** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or any equivalent qualification. Advanced English proficiency. AutoCAD and basic AI knowledge. **Additional knowledge/skills:** * Problem-solving ability, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and contribute. * Analytical capacity, organizational skills, and fast learning ability. **What do we offer?** Internship at Endesa, **SWING Program:** * Monthly gross study allowance of €900.00. * Schedule: Hybrid — 35-hour weekly working week. * Workplace in Spain: Av. Ribera del Loira 60, Madrid. Endesa scholarships last for 9 months and consist of two components: Practical Training at the Company and Academic Training. Practical Training at the Company involves full-time work from Monday to Friday, 17 working days of annual leave, and a gross study allowance of €900.
