About the Role Are you eager to join our team and participate in projects under the Cloud and Custom Applications (CCA) business line, focused on application development? What will you do on the project? * Initial training on the ServiceNow platform, including key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Flow Designer. * Development of custom applications within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules. * Participation in the configuration and maintenance of service catalogs, workflows, and automations. * Support in functional analysis tasks, helping translate client requirements into technical solutions. * Incident resolution and implementation of minor enhancements under supervision of a senior consultant. * Work using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): attendance at daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, retrospectives, etc. * Documentation of developments, configurations, and procedures. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (development, functional, QA) on real projects for multinational clients. Your Profile * Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate degree program (e.g., Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, etc.). * English level B1–B2 (not mandatory but valued). * Ability to work effectively in teams and focus on problem-solving. * Possibility to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution. * Availability during morning hours. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and programming fundamentals. * Interest in low-code/no-code platforms and the field of technology consulting. * Enthusiasm for learning about process automation and enterprise platforms.
