Site Manager MEP

**Location:** Pamplona area We are seeking a **Site Manager MEP** to lead and coordinate the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations within a major industrial construction project. You will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, coordination, and field supervision of works, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, quality, safety, and technical project requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise on-site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. * Participate in technical review and tendering of contracts related to MEP disciplines. * Develop and monitor installation execution schedules. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in MEP works. * Ensure proper integration of installations with other construction and engineering disciplines. * Supervise work quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project standards. * Identify and manage technical issues, proposing solutions to minimize impacts on schedule and cost. * Monitor construction progress and report deviations, risks, and corrective actions to the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with current regulations, as well as site safety and health requirements. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, and startup activities for installations. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum **10 years** of experience in executing and supervising MEP installations on industrial, energy, or large-scale projects. * Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, fire protection systems (PCI), plumbing, and industrial utilities. * Experience coordinating contractors and managing construction in industrial environments. * Proficiency with scheduling tools such as **MS Project** or similar. * Familiarity with **BIM** methodology and MEP coordination. Experience with **Revit** and **Navisworks** is preferred. * Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and team management capabilities. * **English proficiency is mandatory.** * * #### **Job Description and Profile (external)**
