This is a profile with over 10 years of professional experience, focused on technical documentation of R\+D\+i projects and management of tax deductions, capable of leading and coordinating teams, as well as actively participating in identifying, advising on, and classifying clients' projects. We seek someone with strategic vision, strong communication skills, project management capability, and motivation to contribute to departmental growth, while also engaging in initiatives for business expansion and development across diverse sectors and markets. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of technical documentation. * Technical documentation of R\+D\+i projects for tax deduction applications. * Responsibility within the technical department for the Tax Deduction and Research Personnel service line, including coordination of the assigned team (5 people with varying responsibilities in these tasks). * Identification, classification, and direct advisory capacity regarding clients' projects; management and coordination of the IMV certification and application process. * Participation in expansion projects, including coordination of the client portfolio and actions to acquire new clients and enter new geographic areas. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering or related field, preferably specializing in Computer Science or Telecommunications, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Organization, Energy and Environment, or Food Engineering. * Experience in consultancy (7–10 years) related to R\+D\+i tax incentives. * English (C1 level). * Preference for candidates residing near Manresa, as the role is initially intended for on-site work. * Other desirable attributes: writing proficiency, teamwork and client-facing skills, commercial acumen and business development capability, knowledge of economic and documentary project management, innovation management, and team leadership. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible 8-hour schedule, selectable between 8:00 and 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break Monday through Thursday, and a Friday schedule from 8:00 to 15:00. * Intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00 between August 1 and September 15. * Work format: On-site. * Integration into a dynamic team handling projects across various sectors and company sizes.
