Description

The **Supply Chain & Engineering Director** is responsible for defining and leading the company's comprehensive supply chain and engineering strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and excellence in production and logistics processes. This role combines strategic vision and technical expertise to guarantee the design, planning, and execution of end-to-end operations—from procurement through to final product delivery. Acts as a key profile within the executive team, aligning operations with business objectives and leading initiatives in transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: * Define and lead the global Supply Chain and Engineering strategy * Oversee end-to-end operations (procurement, production, logistics, and distribution) * Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency * Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure achievement of objectives * Manage strategic suppliers and partners * Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics * Lead transformation and innovation projects (digitalization, continuous improvement) **Requirements / Profile** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in **Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field** * Proven experience (10+ years) in leadership roles within **operations, supply chain, or engineering** * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex environments * Strong results orientation, commitment to continuous improvement and transformation * Knowledge of tools and methodologies: **Lean, Six Sigma, ERP, S&OP, advanced planning** * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making * High level of English (for international environments) **Key competencies** * Strategic vision and global mindset * Leadership and influence * Results orientation and operational efficiency * Transformation and innovation capability * Negotiation and stakeholder management * Complex problem-solving
