Job Summary: This position involves the design, installation, and supervision of mechanical engineering projects, including piping systems, HVAC, and structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency. Calculation of piping, plumbing, sanitation, and fire protection systems **Job Responsibilities:** **Design and Installation of Projects:** Create detailed schematics and drawings compliant with technical and regulatory requirements; select appropriate materials to ensure durability, efficiency, and safety; use computer-aided design (CAD) software to model mechanical systems and components; ensure mechanical systems and equipment are installed according to drawings and technical specifications. **Assisting Site Management:** Ensure daily site activities proceed according to schedule and budget; identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction; implement and supervise quality control procedures to guarantee all work meets required standards; maintain detailed records and prepare progress and deviation reports. **Piping, Plumbing, Sanitation, and Fire Protection System Calculations:** Determine appropriate pipe sizing to ensure efficient flow of liquids and gases; plan and design potable water supply and wastewater evacuation systems; design sewerage and wastewater treatment systems; develop fire detection and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. **Mechanical Installation Projects:** Design and install HVAC systems; develop and implement industrial and commercial refrigeration systems; plan and execute maintenance programs to ensure continuous and efficient operation of mechanical systems. **Structural and Installation Calculations:** Evaluate the strength and stability of mechanical structures to ensure they withstand applied loads and forces; coordinate integration of mechanical systems within building or industrial plant structures; apply engineering techniques to optimize structural and installation design, improving efficiency and reducing costs; conduct simulations and testing of designed systems to verify performance prior to implementation.
