We seek a proactive and hands-on R&D Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and validation of innovative products, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and connections. You will work closely with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure reliable and efficient product performance.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and improve electrical systems and components
* Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
* Ensure proper integration of motors, sensors, control units, and power supply systems
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in both new developments and existing products
* Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure correct implementation
* Support product testing, validation, and certification
* Optimize designs in terms of performance, cost, and manufacturability
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry regulations
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
* Solid knowledge of electrical connections, low-voltage systems, and wiring
* Experience with motors, controllers, sensors, and automation systems
* Ability to read and create electrical schematics
* Hands-on profile with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience with measurement equipment and diagnostic tools
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in swimming pool systems, automation, or outdoor equipment
* Knowledge of PCB design or embedded systems
* Familiarity with CE marking and safety standards
* Experience with CAD tools (electrical or mechanical)
* Programming knowledge (e.g., Arduino, PLCs, or similar)
