We are recruiting a **PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN**, with extensive experience in private and public construction projects, for our office located in Elche (Alicante).** **Job Mission:** Ensure efficient procurement while guaranteeing delivery schedules and quality, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. **What will be your responsibilities?** Reporting to the department head and working closely with the Legal Department, the selected candidate will perform the following tasks: \- Supplier prospecting across all regions where the company operates; active participation in expanding the supplier database. \- Identification and evaluation of potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality and cost standards. \- Collaboration in sourcing and negotiating purchase terms with suppliers (economic conditions, contractual clauses, payment methods, etc.). \- Collaboration in preparing certain project comparisons and supporting site managers as required. \- Contractual negotiations with key suppliers, manufacturers, and/or subcontractors, in coordination with the Legal Department, to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines. \- Supporting various Group Managers during final supplier negotiations; active participation in supplier selection. \- Collaboration in defining and negotiating framework agreements; \- Collaboration in managing claims related to supplier incidents; \- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and contracts. \- Collaborating with the Estimating and Contracting Department in preparing bids for new projects. \- Collaborating with other departments to identify requirements and plan future procurement activities. \- Ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes and proposing initiatives for cost optimization. **What do we require?** Qualification in **technical architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent**. **Prior experience in large-scale construction projects**, preferably as Production Manager or Site Manager. At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Problem-solving mindset, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Strong negotiation skills. Motivation to tackle and resolve complex challenges in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
