We are seeking a Project Engineer (Project Manager) to lead the full life cycle of the group’s investment projects, ensuring comprehensive management of scope, budget, scheduling, and risks, as well as coordination across personnel, teams, and disciplines, and control over execution and technical supervision—all aimed at achieving established objectives. **What will you do?** * You will lead and coordinate investment projects of all types and scales (from small interventions to large industrial constructions) throughout their entire life cycle—from initial feasibility studies to final implementation. * You will manage and coordinate relationships with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, serving as the primary point of contact for all involved disciplines (construction, architecture, installations, engineering, and processes). * You will conduct project feasibility studies (assessing needs, scope, proposals, budgets, schedules, permitting requirements, and risks) to support decision-making. * You will plan and execute projects, developing schedules, defining key milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to deadlines—coordinating teams, suppliers, and contractors. * You will manage project costs and budgets, applying cost-optimization strategies without compromising objectives. * You will coordinate engineering and technical supervision for projects involving new installations or modifications to industrial or logistics infrastructure (production lines, warehouses, etc.). * You will manage permits, procurement, tenders, and supplier relations—coordinating all necessary administrative procedures for project development. * You will monitor and coordinate projects during execution (construction, implementation), ensuring compliance with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
