Reports to Functions and responsibilities Establish communication between customers and the company to keep them informed about the progress of each project, as well as to carry out necessary adaptations and clarifications regarding project specifications and scope. Manage delivery timelines and supervise project costs. Coordinate with various internal departments, ensuring proper execution of projects. Coordinate the assigned work team. Monitor procurement, third-party machine suppliers to be integrated into the line, and subcontractors. Develop and manage service budgets, ensuring profitable operations while maintaining high service levels. Competencies Technical skills. Customer orientation. Strong problem-solving ability. Communication skills. Planning and organizational skills. Experience Minimum 3 \- 5 years of experience in the development and management of industrial machinery manufacturing projects. Experience in the Packaging sector is highly valued. Education Technical Degree / Engineering or equivalent. Languages High level of Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). English is a plus.
