Purpose of the Position To lead a work team, contributing to its operational strengthening by designing, measuring, and optimizing its internal processes, alongside supporting talent management initiatives within a cybersecurity and cloud environment. This role integrates analysis, collaborative leadership, and a human-centered approach that enhances the organization's competitiveness. Responsibilities 1\. Processes and Continuous Improvement * Lead, mentor, and support the work team. * Contribute to long-term client relationship management. * Identify, map, and document processes across various departments. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization actions. * Standardize workflows and ensure proper implementation of changes. * Monitor operational OKRs \- KPIs and generate reports for management. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001\-27001 quality standards. * Stay updated on Microsoft technologies. 2\. Execution, Metrics, and Analysis * Design and implement performance indicators aligned with business goals. * Create and maintain operational dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or other tools). * Analyze data to detect trends, risks, and opportunities. * Present periodic reports to support decision-making. * Apply methodologies and best practices. 3\. Leadership and Collaboration * Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives. * Provide coaching and development to the team under supervision. * Support initiatives related to organizational culture, climate, and well-being. * Participate in developing HR policies, internal communications, and HR best practices. * Support employees and leaders with operational and human development requests. 4\-RequirementsAcademic Qualifications * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering**. * English level C1. * Microsoft certifications. 5\-Experience * 3–5 years in roles related to processes, operations, metrics, or human resource management. * Data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI). * Process modeling and documentation. * Performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, etc.). * ZOHO platforms: Sprints, Project, CRM. * Knowledge of human resource management (desirable). 6\-Skills and Competencies * Clear, empathetic, and assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Collaborative and interdisciplinary teamwork. * Critical thinking and analytical ability. * Service orientation. * Integrity, ethics, and confidentiality. * Human sensitivity and ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels.
