The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring rigor in design, regulatory compliance, and resolution of complex technical issues from the conceptual phase through commissioning. This role requires deep technical knowledge and analytical judgment to validate technical solutions and interact effectively with clients and technology providers. **Job Description:** **Technical Leadership and Judgment in Projects:** Defining design criteria and engineering methodologies applied to each project. **Supervision and Quality Control of Deliverables:** Reviewing, validating, and ensuring the technical quality of reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications prepared by the engineering team, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and current regulations. **Technical Client Support:** Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, technology providers, and regulatory bodies, resolving technical queries and participating in technical project defenses. **Team Technical Mentoring and Training:** Guiding and supervising the technical development of the team under your responsibility, resolving doubts, promoting best practices, and transferring specialized *know\-how* in biomethane, renewable gases, and infrastructure. **Optimization and Innovation of Solutions:** Identifying opportunities for technical improvement, design optimization, and application of new or more efficient technologies and processes to enhance project viability and added value. **Project Economic Performance Control:** Monitoring the margin and billing of each assigned project, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability. **Client Negotiation and Management:** Leading client negotiations throughout the entire project lifecycle. Proactively managing project scope to ensure client expectations are met and changes are effectively controlled. **Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** University degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent bachelor’s/master’s degree) or related field. **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience as a **Project Manager** in biomethane plant, oil \& gas, or industrial infrastructure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of applicable regulations, infrastructure design processes, and specific solutions in renewable gases, oil \& gas, or industrial projects. **Languages:** Advanced level of English. **Availability:** Willingness to travel occasionally, as required for on-site supervision or technical meetings related to projects. Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and complex technical problem-solving abilities. Methodological rigor and technical orientation. Ability to train and transfer knowledge to the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and suppliers. Innovative mindset and up-to-date knowledge of the renewable gases and energy infrastructure sector.
