CNC/CAM Programmer

At PACTO ETT, we are seeking a CAM Programmer to join a leading company in the machining sector, located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Interpreting engineering drawings and defining machining strategies. Selecting cutting tools and machining parameters. Generating, simulating, and optimizing CNC programs. Providing technical support during program commissioning. Collaborating with production to ensure process quality and efficiency. * 3 years of experience. \- Prior experience as a CAM Programmer in the machining sector. \- Knowledge of CNC programming and manufacturing processes. \- Experience interpreting technical drawings. \- Proficiency in CAM software (valued according to the tool used by the company). \- Ability to define and optimize machining strategies. \- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining centers is valued. * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / knowledge: \* Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings. \* Attention to detail and work quality. \* Problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements. \* Task organization and planning. \* Teamwork and effective communication with production and engineering. \* Proactivity and autonomy in work management. \* Adaptability to industrial and technological environments. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2300' to '2900' * Additional relevant information: Initial hiring through an ETT for a period of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to the company's permanent staff.
