Position Summary: We are seeking a PLC Programmer to develop programs offline and implement them online, coordinate software, carry out commissioning, resolve incidents, and report improvements. At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are recruiting **a PLC Programmer** to collaborate on new projects, **based in Barcelona and surrounding areas.** **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Develop programs (PLC, HMI interfaces, and Safety) in the offline phase; implement them online on machines; perform commissioning and debugging at customer facilities. * Adhere to the cost and timeline targets established for assigned projects. * Coordinate the development of partial program components to achieve full machine software when required. * Carry out machine commissioning at customer facilities, coordinating with the on-site team to ensure effective planning and communicating project progress to the customer. * Resolve minor incidents involving robots and artificial vision, especially during commissioning at the customer’s site. * Identify incidents and improvement opportunities, and report them to the Automation Continuous Improvement Department to enhance programming standards. * Analyze machine operational incidents (interpreting electrical schematics if necessary) to identify root causes. * Prepare machine operation manuals. * Implement appropriate communications and data traceability with external machine systems. * Understand and comply with established quality procedures and instructions. **What qualifications do you need?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Vocational Training qualification. * Experience: \+4 years in PLC and HMI programming. * Languages: Native Spanish, English B2\. * Databases: Knowledge of SQL, OPC, etc. * Communications: Experience with industrial fieldbus communications. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract through Oxigent. * Salary commensurate with experience: **37\.000 € – 39\.000 €** * Training Voucher to support professional development in areas of interest. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with discounts. * And many other benefits!
