Key responsibilities include planning and supervising all production activities at the plant within the machining area, ensuring compliance with global standards. Responsible for coordinating and supervising production workers’ activities to ensure efficient and timely production while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. Oversee daily operations to identify and resolve issues related to personnel, shifts, tooling, risk prevention, quality, and production line layout. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production workers’ activities at the plant. * Organize production programs to meet customer demand and production objectives. * Monitor production processes to ensure products comply with quality standards and specifications. * Training and development; compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with other departments—including engineering, maintenance, and quality—to coordinate production activities and resolve operational issues. * Ensure customer satisfaction: delivery timelines, adherence to schedules, and product quality. Requirements: * Higher Technical Degree in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. * In-depth knowledge of production processes in machining centers, turning, and grinding. * Effective communication with plant employees and departments to coordinate production activities. * 5 years of experience in machining production companies. * Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
