At Tapla, a leader in its sector, we are seeking to hire production operators for our Production team. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and proactive individual capable of working across different areas of the production process and adapting to various tasks according to the plant’s needs. Operation of production machinery: Assemble and configure production lines according to the production schedule. Load reels and perform technical splices following operational instructions. Feed materials into the production lines. Load raw or intermediate materials onto machines. Monitor material tension and perform dimensional checks. Verify splice integrity. Conduct visual inspection of products to ensure compliance with required technical specifications. Identify and label reels. Record data in the management system. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience of 1–2 years in similar industrial/factory roles is highly valued. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Competencies / knowledge: Education: Preferably Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial, Mechatronics, Maintenance, or related fields. High adaptability to different roles and tasks (versatility). Teamwork and good communication skills. Rigorous adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations (\*OHSR). * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Additional information of interest: We offer: Morning intensive schedule; Permanent contract; Starting salary according to collective agreement (€23,000 gross annually \+ review after 12 months); Continuous training: Company-funded training at various plant locations; Positive work environment: Integration into a solid team; Valid forklift operator license (highly valued).
