Description

As Production Manager, you will lead the Central Workshop team in Barberà del Vallès, being responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing conveyor belt manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer service standards. Additionally, you will monitor key production indicators and actively work on continuous process improvement, reporting directly to the Operations Director. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Ensure efficient, safe, and customer-oriented production, guaranteeing on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and development of the production team. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Plan and organize production according to our customers' needs. * Coordinate resource allocation between internal production and external assembly. * Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions to ensure correct execution of tasks. * Guarantee adherence to committed delivery deadlines. * Manage production priorities and urgent requests. * Ensure compliance with AMMEGA’s safety standards and foster a preventive safety culture. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity efficiency. * Develop team versatility through training and cross-functional skill development across different workstations. * Supervise proper maintenance of production equipment and facilities. * Promote standardization of manufacturing processes across the company’s various workshops. * Analyze and report key production indicators to support decision-making. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ We seek a leader with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement, who enjoys working collaboratively and developing people.
