Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to serve as Production Manager in the industrial sector, responsible for the organization, planning, and supervision of factory production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the organization, planning, and supervision of production 2. Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs 3. Adapt to and implement a new ERP system for production digitalization We seek an Engineer to assume the role of Production Manager in an industrial setting, responsible for the **organization, planning, and supervision of factory production**. **Main Responsibilities** Plan production; specify how much to produce and when, based on demand (weekly). Optimize processes: identify ways to produce faster, with fewer errors and lower costs. Coordinate timelines to meet established deadlines. Monitor adherence to the plan and resolve issues or delays as they arise. Adapt to the introduction of a new ERP system that will digitize a significant portion of the production process (production orders, control, and planning). Organize and supervise workshop operations, ensuring smooth production execution. An Engineering degree is not mandatory if substituted by equivalent experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Manager. * Engineering degree: HIGHLY PREFERRED * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and planning capability.
