Our culture is based on **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation** and the **well-being of the people** who are part of the group. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** **Operational optimization on the shop floor** * Analyze processes directly at the workplace, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Define and update work instructions, procedures and operational standards. * Conduct method and time studies, line balancing and standardization of operations. * Redesign layouts, material flows and workstations to improve ergonomics, safety and productivity. **Practical implementation of Lean Manufacturing** * Lead 5S in production areas with real execution on the shop floor, follow-up and audits. * Develop Kaizen activities with production teams to collaboratively solve problems. * Implement SMED and other tools to reduce downtime and enable quick changeovers. * Apply PDCA for structured deployment of improvements and their sustainability over time. **Measurement, data and operational performance** * Monitor key KPIs: productivity, efficiency, utilization, quality, deviations. * Collect data on the shop floor, analyze it and translate it into concrete, measurable actions. * Prepare technical reports to support decision-making within the Operations department. **Quality, regulations and audits** * Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and corrective actions. * Support non-conformance investigations and implementation of improvements. **Industrial transformation and digitalization** * Participate in the digitalization of production processes and automation of data collection. * Drive projects related to Industry 4\.0 applied to performance improvement. **Support to shop floor teams** * Train operators in good practices, work standards and new processes. * Work closely with production, logistics, maintenance and quality teams on daily initiatives. **What are we looking for?** **Education and knowledge** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or similar. * Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing applied in a plant environment. * Proficiency in 5S, SMED, standardization, methods and times, process analysis and continuous improvement. * Advanced level in Excel and data handling. * Highly desirable: Power Query, Power BI, databases, IoT or digitalization projects. **Professional experience** * 4–8 years in similar roles within industrial environments (automotive, aerospace, machinery, capital goods, metal, etc.). * Real shop floor experience, working directly with operators, supervisors and middle management. * **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Strategic project with visibility and professional growth. * Flexible working hours and a work-life balance culture. * Collaborative, cross-functional and dynamic environment. * Competitive salary aligned with your experience and skills. * Participation in high-impact projects within the organization. **Interested?** Apply directly, and if you know someone who fits… share it!
