JOB DESCRIPTION Grup Montaner, a consultancy specialized in talent acquisition, is seeking a PRL \& Facility Manager for a company in Tarragona. **Job Mission** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities, while leading Occupational Risk Prevention efforts to guarantee regulatory compliance and foster a preventive culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilities: planning and supervision of maintenance activities, management of statutory inspections, coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, technical supervision of works, and cost control. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL): implementation and monitoring of the preventive system, risk assessment, internal audits, coordination of business activities (CAE), accident investigation, and management of emergency drills and emergency plans. * Liaison with official bodies, document management, and compliance with regulations on industrial safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention. **What the Company Offers** * Working hours: 08:00 \- 16:00 * Permanent contract * Salary: €38,000 \- €45,000 per year, depending on candidate experience * Opportunity to join a solid company with international prospects, a dynamic environment, and a competitive compensation package aligned with experience. REQUIREMENTS * Higher education degree (e.g., Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent). * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (Intermediate or Advanced level across all three specialties). * 4\-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within an industrial setting. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Proficiency in office software (SAP is desirable). * Knowledge of technical regulations and electrical installations (up to 1 kV). **Desirable Qualifications** Certification as Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, training in emergencies/self-protection, and additional technical certifications.
