As a Pricing and Hedging Analyst, you will immerse yourself in pricing methodologies, valuation of energy products, and market dynamics—contributing to innovative solutions and ensuring portfolio profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize critical processes related to energy management, market risk, and settlements. * Support identification, assessment, and monitoring of market risks such as price volatility and hedging. * Collaborate with back\-office and commercial teams on settlement and pricing processes. * Design and implement robust business controls and "revenue assurance" measures. * Improve operational support processes, including contracting, billing, customer and agent onboarding, and commercial support. * Drive operational process automation in collaboration with IT and Data teams. * Provide analysis and support for business development initiatives, such as new products, channels, and geographic expansion. **Profile and Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Certifications or advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, or automation tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively and proactivity in proposing improvements. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). * Experience or willingness to learn Python, VBA, or SQL for process automation. * Familiarity with ERP systems and/or databases (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking. * Fluent Spanish. **About the Team:** At Axpo Iberia, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team that values diversity and continuous learning.
