During the training period, the intern will learn how daily operations of a power plant are organized, become familiar with processes related to electricity production, and observe the importance of first-level preventive maintenance, reliability, energy efficiency, safety, environmental protection, and facility security. **Training Objectives** During the internship, the intern will be able to: * Learn how the Operations Department of a power plant functions and understand its coordination with Technical Services and Maintenance. * Collaborate on updating PI system screens and creating new screens, supported by the mentoring team. * Assist in updating technical locations in SAP, acquiring knowledge about technical information organization and traceability. * Participate in drafting safety instructions related to routine Operations tasks and those of other departments. * Become familiar with technical and digital tools used in the department, such as SAP, PI, Solidworks, FreeCAD, and office applications. * Strengthen analytical skills, technical communication, teamwork, and quality orientation within a real learning environment. **Mentoring and Follow-up** The intern will be supported by a specialized company mentor who will facilitate integration into the department and guide learning throughout the internship.
