Through P\&PD Engineering (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for an Engineer with knowledge in programmable logic controller programming and motor regulation to join the electronics department of an industrial company located in the Mataró area, Barcelona. The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * Programming Siemens PLCs using Tia Portal environment. * Commissioning machinery for manufacturing electrical and telecommunications infrastructure. * After-sales technical assistance and support to the department regarding technical information on machinery. Vocational training studies will also be considered if the candidate has relevant experience. \- Knowledge/experience in Siemens PLC programming (S71200, S71500, touchscreens). \- Experience with TIA Portal environment. \- At least 3 years of experience in machinery commissioning. \- Programming of motor drives (Control Techniques, Danfoss, Siemens, Parker). \- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English. Other languages will be valued. \- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (travels mainly to Europe and North Africa, approximately 45/50%. Stays will last up to 3 weeks maximum). \- Valid driver's license. Personal vehicle ownership is a plus.
