So, if you’ve ever thought: “I’d love to participate in a transformative project with real impact and surrounded by top-tier people,” this is your opportunity. **What will you do with us?** * Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure security and compliance throughout CI/CD pipelines. * Optimize and automate deployment processes using Jenkins, Git CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible. * Develop tools to improve application and service observability and traceability. * Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK, and OpenTelemetry. * Manage container and orchestrator security (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, AKS). * Design and implement security auditing and logging mechanisms for threat detection. * Optimize secret and access management across infrastructure (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager). * Resolve critical incidents and apply improvements to service resilience and scalability. **What do you need to know?** * At least 3 years of experience in DevSecOps: CI/CD security, vulnerability analysis, access control (IAM, RBAC). * Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). * Administration and optimization of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with containers and orchestrators: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS. * Monitoring and Observability with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry. * Automation using Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell. * Infrastructure security management: network segmentation, WAF, IDS/IPS, Vault. * Experience managing logs and auditing security events. * Performance and scalability optimization in cloud environments. **Competencies:** * Ability to work in agile, high-availability environments. * Security-by-design mindset. * Problem-solving and production troubleshooting skills. * Teamwork with development, security, and operations teams. * Autonomy and continuous improvement mindset in observability and DevSecOps. **What can we offer you?** * Flexible working hours and remote work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * A flexible compensation program including meal allowance, childcare vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance, employee discounts, etc. If you live in Madrid city, you’ll also have access to a dedicated bus route to the office. * Access to an attractive pension plan. * Summer reduced working hours. * You’ll be the protagonist of your learning journey—thousands of resources will be available to further enhance your technical expertise.
