This includes piping measurement management, issuance and control of work certifications, detailed production tracking, cost control, and preparation of progress reports. We seek a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively interacting with suppliers and work teams. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and control of **piping** measurement on site. * Management and issuance of work certifications, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. * Comprehensive tracking and control of production and execution of mechanical works. * Rigorous project cost control, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Periodic control and reporting of site progress to project management. * Preparation of detailed technical and progress reports. * Coordination and management of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards across all operations. * Active participation in resolving technical and operational issues. * Fostering a collaborative and safe working environment. ### **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Higher Engineering. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Oil \& Gas sector projects. * **Specific Experience:** * Proven experience in **piping** measurement. * Experience in managing and processing work certifications. * Experience in production tracking and control for mechanical engineering projects. * Experience in project cost control. * Experience in progress monitoring and reporting. * Experience preparing site reports. * Experience working with suppliers and managing supplier relationships. * **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate level) for interpreting and potentially drafting piping isometrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * **Languages:** English proficiency is valued. * **Location:** Willingness to work in Huelva. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. * Familiarity with regulations and standards applicable to Oil \& Gas projects. * Experience managing work teams. ### **What We Offer:** * Employment with a solid, growing company that is a reference in the sector. * Participation in large-scale, technologically significant projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit. * Excellent working environment.
