Key responsibilities include ensuring efficiency and quality in filling and labeling, supervising production lines, and identifying and resolving incidents to minimize disruptions. Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in compliance with hygiene regulations is essential. This position requires the ability to work in a team, demonstrate initiative, and quickly learn new processes. The contract is temporary with potential conversion to permanent, and work is performed on rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—from Monday to Sunday. Prior experience in industrial environments—particularly in food and beverage—is valued, as is relevant vocational training. We seek a detail-oriented individual with problem-solving skills and a desire for stability. Your role will be crucial in the production chain, guaranteeing maximum product quality and efficiency. You will participate in the continuous improvement of packaging processes and work with modern technology. Degree, Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in food industry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, robotics, or automation—or final year of studies in these fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments. Attention to detail, ability to detect and resolve problems, commitment to quality and safety.
