Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain OT documentation (URS, Work Instructions, Procedures) * Record and manage changes within the Quality System (TrackWise; transitioning to Veeva Vault) * Request and manage budgets; coordinate and supervise vendor activities (on-site and remote), ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines * Coordinate with IT using ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) for requests, incidents, and changes impacting OT * Provide support for configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle activities of OT systems and equipment * Manage plant-floor incidents and support end users to minimize downtime and restore service rapidly Requirements: * Solid experience in industrial environments; experience in regulated GxP environments is highly desirable * Knowledge of industrial automation: Siemens/Rockwell *PLC*, *SCADA* (*Wonderware*, WinCC, FactoryTalk), Siemens HMI. Advanced programming is not required, but maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities are essential * Strong understanding of OT/IT infrastructure: Windows OS, virtualization, databases, networks, Active Directory, backup/restore, firewalls, switches, and endpoint protection * Familiarity with IT service management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) * Advanced English, both spoken and written * Engineering degree (Industrial, Electronics or related field) or equivalent technical qualification A disability certificate will be positively considered under our inclusion and diversity policy.
