At Grupo Juan Padrón, we are seeking an Operations Director to lead PAMADI, our leisure and entertainment division in the Balearic Islands. We are not looking for someone who merely manages processes, but rather a hands-on strategist capable of coordinating teams, optimizing business performance, and representing our brand with institutional excellence across the islands. **Your Mission at PAMADI** You will be fully responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the operations of all our businesses in the Balearic Islands. Your objective is to ensure that the PAMADI operation runs with the precision of a clock—guaranteeing profitability, regulatory compliance, and continuous brand growth. **What Will You Do With Us?** * **Strategic Leadership:** You will define and monitor area-wide strategic plans, ensuring each venue achieves its set goals and budgets. * **360° Business Management:** From negotiating and procuring production assets to supervising cash registers and cash counts—nothing escapes your oversight. * **People Leadership:** You will lead and develop the human team, coordinating HR tasks to maximize contributions and sustain a high-performance culture. * **Compliance and Values:** You will ensure every procedure adheres to our policies on Compliance, Ethics, Cybersecurity, and Sustainability. REQUIREMENTS * **Higher Education Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. An **MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Operations Management** is highly valued. * **Proven Career Track:** Minimum of **5 years** of experience in Operations Director or General Management roles. * **Local Experience:** In-depth knowledge of the business ecosystem and specific regulations of the **Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands**. * **Financial Management (P\&L):** Expert-level ability to control budgets, analyze profitability, supervise cash counts, and optimize operational costs. * **Geographic Mobility:** Full availability to travel between various island locations (valid Class B driving license required) and to the Canary Islands. * **Residence:** Permanent residence in Mallorca or immediate availability to relocate.
