Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at different stages. We are currently seeking a **Mechanical and Electrical Installation Technician** to work on projects in **Seville.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision and control of mechanical installations: HVAC, plumbing and sanitation, medical gases, and fire protection systems (FPS). * Coordination with the technical direction team, various contractors, and other involved teams. * Monitoring of planning and tracking of construction execution. * Review of drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and certifications. * Support in supervising associated electrical installations: electrical panels, conduits, and low-voltage systems. * Quality control and verification of compliance with applicable technical and healthcare regulations. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a top-tier engineering company, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with applicable regulations (RITE, CTE, and industrial regulations). * Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and reviewing electrical drawings). * Proficiency in Presto / Arquímedes / Advanced Excel for quantity take-offs and budgeting. * HVAC software (HAP, CYPE, Carrier or similar).
