We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at a factory in the plastic industry sector (Dos Hermanas, Seville)** At Soluciones Tecnológicas de Policarbonato, an innovative company dedicated to manufacturing translucent polycarbonate sheeting, we are growing and want to add talent to our team. We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and positive Maintenance Technician who wants to become part of our expanding team in Dos Hermanas, Seville. Your role will be key in ensuring the proper operation of machinery and facilities, helping maintain efficiency and quality in production processes, as well as supporting the production team with raw material loading/unloading and order dispatch tasks. **What will you do in this role?** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Monitor the condition of factory installations. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure operational continuity (raw material loading/unloading, order loading, etc.). * Record interventions and report incidents. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness regulations in the work area. **What do you need to succeed in this position?** * Technical vocational training in technical fields (industrial maintenance, electricity, mechanics, mechatronics, or similar) preferred. * Prior experience in production line and industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in the plastic industry or materials processing, is desirable. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics. * Forklift and overhead crane operator license desirable. * Teamwork skills, problem-solving ability, and proactivity. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract * Full-time hours * Salary according to collective agreement (Chemical Industry) * Comprehensive training plan with continuous monitoring * Dynamic environment with opportunities to progressively take on responsibilities * Join an innovative and expanding project Interested?
