Your duties will include: * **Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance** across the plant, prioritizing operational needs and minimizing downtime. * **Managing and leading the maintenance team**, ensuring continuous training, motivation, and achievement of objectives. * **Coordinating external suppliers** and managing inventories of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Managing investment projects for technological upgrades and **improvement** of facility efficiency. * **Analyzing and monitoring KPIs**, contributing to cost control and continuous improvement. * Ensuring compliance with **health, safety, and quality regulations** within the plant. **What will make you successful in this role?** A university degree in **Engineering**, preferably in the **Electrical** field; however, **technical qualifications** (FPII/CFGS) will also be considered if they meet the established requirements. Extensive technical knowledge in **industrial maintenance**, especially in electrical, mechanical, and electronic fault diagnosis, as well as refrigeration and compressed air systems. A minimum of **10 years’ experience** in a similar role, leading teams in industrial environments and managing maintenance and continuous improvement projects. Intermediate level of English and experience using maintenance management tools and software. Leadership ability, autonomy, organizational skills, and capacity to make effective operational decisions. Why join us?
