DESCRIPTION **Unit Manager \- Hydraulic Works (Zaragoza)** ================================================== Eosol Group, a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking to incorporate a **Unit Manager** with proven experience in **Hydraulic Works** into its team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead large-scale projects in the Zaragoza area related to **water supply** and **sanitation**, as well as drainage and water supply lines for **Data Processing Centers (CPDs)**. **About the Project:** You will join the management of four key hydraulic works in the vicinity of Zaragoza. These projects include the construction and improvement of infrastructure for **water supply** and **sanitation**, as well as the installation of drainage and potable, industrial, and stormwater supply lines linked to four Data Processing Centers (**CPDs**). Your role will be critical in ensuring the success and efficient execution of these projects. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Assume **Site Management** responsibilities and possess authority to sign off on works. * Lead and supervise the four assigned hydraulic works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage multidisciplinary teams of approximately 20 people per project, including Senior Engineers and Site Inspectors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Plan, organize, and control all project phases, from execution to final delivery. * Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. * Efficiently manage material and human resources. * Maintain fluent communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Resolve incidents and make strategic decisions to ensure proper execution of works. * Supervise technical aspects related to **water supply**, **sanitation**, and potable, industrial, and stormwater supply lines. * Coordinate necessary actions for the proper integration of hydraulic infrastructure with **CPDs**. **What We Are Looking For:** * Demonstrable experience of at least 7 years in similar positions, preferably as Site Manager or in roles of responsibility within **Hydraulic Works**. * Solid knowledge of **water supply**, **sanitation**, water networks, and hydraulic infrastructure management. * Experience managing teams and leadership capability. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. * Contract and budget management capability. * University degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports, or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Zaragoza area. * Experience in projects related to **CPDs** or data center infrastructure will be valued. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing company, with a robust career development plan. * Large-scale and technologically significant projects. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * Permanent contract with attractive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Guaranteed job stability, supported by our extensive portfolio of future projects, including new **CPD** constructions and roadworks. **Project Duration:** Current works have an estimated duration of 6 to 12 months, with excellent prospects for continuity thanks to Eosol Group’s substantial pipeline of ongoing projects. **Join Eosol Group and be part of the development of key infrastructure!** \#UnitManager \#HydraulicWorks \#Zaragoza \#CPDs \#WaterSupply \#Sanitation \#Infrastructure \#Employment \#Engineering
