We are looking for an **Intermediate PRL Technician** to become our safety guarantor at the **Repsol Petróleo complex in Tarragona**. Your mission will not be paperwork—but to serve as the key person overseeing and safeguarding the integrity of our specialized teams (pressure equipment engineers, non-destructive testing technicians, and operational staff). If you seek a stable, dynamic project with direct impact on industrial safety, we want you to join this revolution! **Purpose-Driven and Impactful Responsibilities** ------------------------------------ In your daily work at the petrochemical plant, you will assume critical responsibilities where your technical judgment will make the difference: * **Supervise and coordinate field safety** for our multidisciplinary teams (NDT Technicians, Pressure Equipment Engineers, and operators), ensuring all tasks are executed under the highest safety standards. * **Monitor compliance with PRL regulations** specific to the petrochemical sector and the client’s stringent standards, anticipating risks and proposing practical, real-time solutions—leaving nothing to chance. * **Promote a preventive culture directly on-site**, interacting closely and effectively with engineers and operational personnel to foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. **What would we like to see in your profile?** --------------------------------------- We present these points not as rigid requirements, but as key tools and knowledge areas that will provide you with the necessary competence to succeed in this role: * **Official qualification as an Intermediate Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)**—essential to ensure the technical and legal backing required for this position. * **Experience or strong motivation for the industrial, petrochemical, or inspection sectors**. We’d love for you to be familiar with—or interested in—industrial shutdowns, refineries, or process plants. * **Effective communication skills and empathetic assertiveness**.
