Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to lead industrial engineering projects from conception through commissioning, reporting to the Technical Office Manager. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we perform for our clients.** ##### **For new Industrial Engineering projects across various sectors, we require an ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER, reporting to the Technical Office Manager.** ##### **Responsibilities** * Strategic investment management \+ idea management * Project tracking and development from basic engineering through commissioning and startup, providing necessary instrumentation and control support for plant projects and investments * Detailed engineering, definition of technical specifications and design standards within the specialist discipline * Preparation of equipment supply tender dossiers for instrumentation, electrical and/or control components/equipment, and technical service contracting * Document management using client internal project management systems (Aditeca / SAP) * Planning and execution monitoring, AT management, coordination among various contractors and involved departments * Review/follow-up of updates to plant electrical drawings (single-line diagrams) * Validation and integration of as-built documentation * Together with the Technical Office and Maintenance: develop standardization and update all specifications, requirements, documentation, procedures, and training for instrumentation and control disciplines * Together with Maintenance: keep up-to-date and ensure lifecycle management of plant control and safety systems, supporting the drafting and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs for these assets * Ad-hoc support for complex maintenance operations and training of new personnel * Ensure work is carried out in accordance with HSE instructions, utilizing and promoting Operational Excellence tools—with primary emphasis on 5S management * Participate in the Burgos plant digitalization projects and collaborate on all related initiatives, studies, developments, and projects as required by investment plans * Maintain Control and Safety System documentation updated according to plant installations * Prepare Load Specifications and Standards for Control and Safety Systems for new projects and improvement proposals * Provide support to the IT department in digitalization projects ##### **Requirements** * Technical Industrial Engineering degree: Electronics, Process Automation, or Industrial Computer Science * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position ##### **Specific Training – DESIRABLE** * Advanced knowledge of machine regulation and control using programmable controllers + PLC programming + SCADA systems (Delta V and Delta V SIS) + Industrial communication protocols (HART) * Knowledge of electromechanics and electronics * Knowledge of process control instrumentation + Types of instruments and applications + Chemical process control + Process automation * Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics * Knowledge of chemical processes + Fluid mechanics + Chemical processes + Main equipment in chemical installations * Preventive maintenance knowledge + Preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation, control systems, and their components * Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics + Single-line diagrams, loop diagrams, hook\-ups, P\&IDs * IT knowledge + Office suite + SAP + OI Analytics * Familiarity with Engineering Operating Instructions * Knowledge of Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety & Hygiene regulations ##### **Languages** * English: B1 or higher * French: B1 or higher (desirable) ##### **Competencies** * Teamwork; problem-solving ability * Analytical capability ##### **Work Location** * Burgos, on-site ##### **What We Offer** * Remuneration commensurate with responsibility and experience * Excellent team environment
