We currently require an INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISOR. * Responsibility for and supervision of timely and proper execution of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. * Supervision and management of incidents occurring during the shift. * Handling of incidents either by the team or directly, as required. * Registration, documentation, and follow-up of incidents and preventive maintenance activities in the GMAO system. * Coordination and control of spare parts receipt and storage, as well as execution of work tasks. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid driver's license. * Minimum education: Vocational Training Level II (FPII) in Electronics or Telecommunications. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in team and subcontractor management. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Class C truck driving license. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training, basic level (60 hours). * Experience using ticketing systems and TETRA systems in railway environments. * Experience with railway control systems and electronic systems. * Experience in structured cabling installation. * Working at Heights certification.
