




You will be responsible, together with IT, for conceptually leading the day-to-day project activities regarding functional definition and implementation of Power BI dashboard automation, followed by managing, monitoring, and continuously improving these dashboards in collaboration with other areas of the HR & Payroll Department. **Your mission:** * Conceptual understanding of general and specific KPIs for Group-wide operational control and clinical productivity. * Lead, together with the IT team, dashboard automation projects, ensuring accurate functional definition of each KPI, identification of its data sources, automation of its calculation, and report generation. * Ensure proper data update processes for dashboards according to required frequency. * Lead monitoring activities with hospitals and corporate departments to verify appropriate organizational structure per hospital center and ensure compliance. * Analyze variances, propose action plans, and monitor implementation of approved initiatives. * Prepare ad-hoc reports/studies for senior management. * Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector and in HR functions. * Advanced Excel proficiency. An Excel test will be administered. * Experience managing and implementing dashboard projects, primarily using Power BI. * Data analysis, decision-making, and proposing solutions to specific business scenarios. * Payroll calculation and management (although we do not directly calculate payrolls, we must be able to identify payroll errors).
