We are looking to integrate into our Madrid team an **Aeronautical Engineer** or professional with experience in **flight control laws, operations, and simulation**, primarily focused on the **development, integration, and testing of virtual engineering environments for Methods and Tools**. The role involves programming in **MATLAB**, development of algorithms and scripting modules, as well as automation (Python is a plus). Version control management, data testing, and understanding of flight control system specifications will be essential. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and integrate virtual environments for engineering simulation and methods. * Programming in **MATLAB** and **Simulink**, including algorithms and scripting. * Process automation (Python desirable). * Signal analysis and processing. * Version control and data testing. * Collaboration with multiple interfaces and teams in complex environments. * Preparation of clear and concise reports on results and progress. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Strong knowledge in:** + Flight control laws, operations, and fundamentals of aeronautical systems. + **MATLAB**, **Simulink**, MATLAB Live Tasks. + Object-oriented programming and scripting. + Python (desirable). + Signal processing. + Tools: **OCASIME**, **VBOX**, **OSMA**. * Fluent English (spoken and written). **Key Competencies:** * **Proactivity and ability to operate in complex environments:** + Multiple interfaces (systems and people). + Ability to overcome blockers (e.g., non-functional models, missing data). * **Analytical and synthesis skills:** + Ability to analyze and summarize results clearly for stakeholders.
