




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the General Management and leadership team, ensuring administrative organization, internal coordination, and efficient information management. Efficient management of information, documentation, and communications Provide comprehensive support to the General Management and leadership team, ensuring proper administrative organization, internal coordination across various work centers, and efficient management of the company's information, documentation, and communications, thereby contributing to the organization's smooth operation and achievement of its strategic objectives. Responsibilities and Duties: Support to Senior Management: * Manage senior management’s calendar, coordinating meetings, visits, business trips, and corporate events. * Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. * Track agreements, commitments, and follow-up actions arising from management meetings. * Screen and channel internal and external communications. Administrative Management: * Create and maintain up-to-date physical and digital filing systems. * Handle correspondence, corporate documentation, and administrative records. * Coordinate the signing, distribution, and archiving of official documents. * Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required by public and private entities. Internal Coordination: * Serve as a liaison between senior management and various departments and work centers. * Facilitate information flow among offices, construction sites, and delegations. * Coordinate meeting notices, corporate meetings, and communications. Project and Operational Support: * Collaborate in gathering and organizing information related to engineering and construction projects. * Perform administrative follow-up on contracts, tenders, and technical documentation when required. * Assist in preparing activity and results monitoring reports. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistant, executive secretary, or corporate administration roles. Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is highly desirable. Knowledge: * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent). * Document and administrative management. * Drafting professional reports and communications. * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms is desirable.
