Engages in and participates in governance with IT suppliers. * Emilio Vargas Street 6, MADRID, ES, 28043 * INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY * 14047 * Marcos Angel Pastor * 23/01/2026 * 12/01/2026 **Job Description** -------------------------- **Join AXA as an Enterprise Services Technician** Develops and evolves the Enterprise Services Technician role by performing the following core functions: **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * IT Asset Management: + Manages software and hardware inventories handled by our Silva (Service-Now) tool. + Controls and improves IT asset management (servers, workstations, mobile devices, databases, etc.), ensuring process compliance and tracking progress with various technical teams. + Automates and enhances IT asset management processes. * IT License Management for servers and workstations, supporting automation or simplification of license control wherever possible. * Contributes to the company’s IT procurement process, maintaining contact with procurement teams and, in some cases, external suppliers such as Orange, Microsoft, Lenovo, and HP. * Collaborates in resolving audits affecting the area and participates in the DORA project to implement all requirements applicable to our scope. * Engages in and participates in governance with internal IT suppliers (AXA GO, Cesame, etc.) to monitor service delivery and manage all processes conducted with them as suppliers. * Monitors service delivery to group entities receiving our ONE ROOF service (AXA GO, GIE, IMA). **Desirable:** * ITIL certification. * Knowledge of network, infrastructure, and database technology environments and their dependencies. **PROFILE:** *Education:* * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications (preferred). * **Additional Training:** Postgraduate degree or master’s program (preferred). *Experience:* * 3–5 years in this role or similar, and/or in other areas. *Languages:* * English: Mandatory, intermediate/advanced level. *Soft Skills:* * Excellent coordination and communication skills at all levels, both in English and Spanish, with technical teams and other departments. * Strong organizational ability and results orientation. * Proactive mindset in identifying problems and seeking effective solutions. * Solid interpersonal skills across diverse technical and business profiles. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Leadership and follow-up capabilities. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Hubs, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
