We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage facilities, infrastructure, and services across multiple industrial work centers in Coslada. The primary responsibility is to ensure that production equipment remains continuously operational and that all legal and safety regulations are fully complied with. This requires daily supervision of operations and implementation of procedures guaranteeing long-term system reliability.
This position is critical to the business, as any facility-related issue could halt production. The incumbent will serve as the central point of contact for all matters concerning maintenance and physical infrastructure, coordinating tasks across various sites. They will also be responsible for planning infrastructure investments, seeking the optimal balance between cost and performance.
The role operates within an industrial environment featuring complex machinery and automated processes. Continuous improvement and energy efficiency are constant objectives. A university degree in Engineering—preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field—is required, along with at least five years of proven experience in industrial maintenance and facility management. Prior experience managing multiple work centers within complex, highly automated industrial environments is essential, demonstrating coordination capability and leadership. A specialized master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Maintenance Management is considered a strong asset, as is willingness to travel nationally and internationally according to business needs. A B2-level or higher English proficiency is desirable to handle technical documentation and communications in an international context.
